Looking back over the last year, I have to say working with you and your team has been a pleasure. Nicely professional with a personal touch! Helped use through all the paperwork and then more paperwork, being patient with all our questions, helping us through the process, and being there at closing for support. Then sending us a nice gift (knife) for Christmas, and now a reminder with the needed documents for our closing costs and taxes! Thanks for all that you do Jeff, Cindy and I greatly appreciate it!
