Dan and Heidi

I worked with Christy Joyer to both sell my house and purchase my new home. She responded quickly to any of my texts and questions regarding both things, never made me feel like an inconvenience, and took her time to explain things to me. We used their online account system to keep track of houses we were interested in, which was really designed well. And we used their moving truck for an entire weekend. She was very knowledgeable in knowing what to pay attention to during the sale process as far as what repairs to focus on, tips for increasing sale price, and analyzing offers to know what to negotiate, and what were good signs/negative signs. During the purchase of my new home, Christy was always willing to tour new houses that popped up in my favorites list, answer questions about homes, areas, mortgages, and the process of the whole thing. She was so comfortable to be around and you can tell that her and her family put their heart into their business and into the people they meet. Not only did we feel cared for by Christy and that she genuinely wanted us to find our dream home and be happy with our decisions, but we appreciate the time she gave us and are continuing to celebrate our new home.
