Christy Joyer was excellent to work with. She is pleasant and to the point. If you really want her opinion, she gives it and I really appreciated it. She was very efficient in taking us to the different homes that we wanted to see, but never really said a word unless we asked for her opinion. She knew the facts about the houses and would readily share these with us. She was excellent with purchase negotiations! She made intelligent and fair offers that the other parties didn't balk at. My husband and I completely trusted her while we looked for houses. I highly recommend having her as one's Realtor.
