Jeff sold our house after we bought a condo to downsize into. He did a thorough analysis to help price our house appropriately. He respectfully guided all our decisions and was always supportive. His knowledge of the market and the ins and outs of selling a house of our size (just under $500k) was impressive. His partner/daughter, Christy, worked with us to find our new home. I would highly recommend both of them! They make a great team! We worked with Christy for 3 years to find just the right opportunity for downsizing. She was patient with us and responsive to our needs. When we finally did make an offer on a condo, there was a competing offer. Because of Christy’s responsiveness and ability to engage in a positive way with the selling Realtor, we won the bid. We have now moved and are extremely happy. Her father/partner, Jeff Joyer, sold our house and also did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend both of them!
