In short, Christy is amazing, as is the whole Joyer team. We had some unique circumstances affecting the purchase of our new home. Things I had never imagined might happen! Christy was right there the whole time, giving expert advice, mitigating the risks, and making sure everyone involved in the process knew what was going on and what needed to happen next to move the sale forward. I think the sale could have fallen apart about 5 different times, but Christy didn't let that happen. She is a true Pro! I kinda can't believe we're in this house we love so much now when the odds were seemingly so stacked against us. I used to think Realtors maybe weren't worth the cost. After working with Christy, I am 100% certain she's worth every penny and far more.
