Our experience with Christy was EXCELLENT. Prior to Christy listing, selling and finding a new home for me and my family she made herself available for questions and tips without any pressure of jumping into anything. When we were ready to list our home Christy met with us, comprised a list of suggestions for adjustments/improvements/concerns, and thoroughly reviewed all of our options with us. We were concerned as sellers with various city/county-based codes/restrictions, etc. Christy's extensive knowledge of the area proved to be critical in helping us understand what needed to be addressed prior to listing our home. Within the first 2 days of being on the market, we had over 25 showings resulting in 4 offers by the end of the weekend. This was definitely a result of the professional photographs that were taken, the listing details and description provided, and the expedited publication of the listing. Whenever an obstacle was encountered, Christy approached it with a calmness that certainly makes stressful situations easier to handle. Simultaneously, Christy and the Joyer Team was helping us locate our new home. Christy was always available to meet us to look at potential homes. With consultation, we put an offer on a house that we loved, and got it. The timing could not have possibly been better and I attribute that to the careful planning done by the Joyer Team. The closing for both homes went smoothly and we’re loving our new home. A+ on communication, whether by phone, email or text message, the team was always available and proactive in communicating status and next steps.
