I was presenting an offer.
Mrs. Seller was leaning in, anxious to hear the details. Mr. Seller was leaning back, seemingly oblivious to my presentation. When I hesitated and gestured, Mrs. Seller asked him:
“Are you okay? Do you want a glass of water?”
“No”
“Should I call 911??”
“Yes.”
Three minutes later the paramedics arrived.
Fifteen minutes later, Mr. Seller went into cardiac arrest while in the ambulance.
He says he watched from above as the code red rescue team revived him at the hospital.
Three days later I stopped by the hospital to pay a visit and see if they still wanted to sell.
“Sure it’s a good offer, what’s a few thousand dollars – compared to $10,000 a day in this place.”
