Mr. and Mrs. Sellers were expecting child number 3 when we sold their townhome. Clearly, they were going to need more space. With their hearts set on the Centennial School district, the couple patiently waited. Interim rental housing found. Their townhome closed.
After a 7-month search a perfect match was found. Contract submitted. The sellers selected a competing offer without us knowing there were multiple offers. We advised our devastated buyers to stand by and be ready to reengage. Intuition and experience lead us to believe… offers made in a frenzy often fray. Sure enough days later the listing agent approached us.
The sellers would accept our offer. On our way to closing, we navigated a challenging home inspection, misrepresented listing information, and a low appraisal.
