August 14, 2019, I’m showing homes in the NORTHERN suburbs. My clients are following me in their vehicle.
As we come around a bend, I notice a police car in the shadows. Glancing at my speedometer, 38mph, we’re okay if the speed limit is 40.
Apparently NOT! Flashing lights signaled my clients, a Latino male in a Black pickup truck, to pull over. Now I’m a white, gray-haired male driving a newer four-door sedan.
Was that profiling?
