When venturing out to look at properties, you never know just what you will find – we always remind clients that buying a property is a process, not an event. One afternoon, my client and I were out looking at investment properties; most of the properties we had seen thus far were vacant. As we entered a particular vacant property we heard eerie scratching and splashing noises… we cautiously proceeded and found a squirrel in the bathroom toilet! Needless to say, we passed on said property!
