Persistence pays.

Back in 1996, I decided to get my real estate license.  I was 18 years old, I’d never bought a house, paid taxes, or really done anything “grown-up”.  I took real estate classes on the weekends during my Senior year of High School.  It ended up being about 80 straight days of schooling.  Upon completion of the real estate courses you have to take both a state and national exam to get your real estate license.  I failed both on my first try…
